Louis Vuitton Fashion Stylist

As a Louis Vuitton Fashion Stylist, you will be an ambassador of the brand, embodying our commitment to 'Client Centric and Excellence'. With a focus on Ready-To-Wear (RTW), you will support the Retail team by providing styling and trend advice, collaborating with key stakeholders on events, projects, and new product launches. You will also elevate the styling skills of our retail team and support our Retail Team with both our existing & prospective clients in collaboration with the Retail Performance and Client Relations teams.

As an expert in Ready to Wear, you continue to enhance meaningful and long-lasting relationships during Client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales targets, achieving and growing Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while ensuring an elevated client experience at all points of interaction.
• Develop store selling associates, supporting Client Experiences (Inclusive of Zone Events, Resee, and personalized hosting) to continuously exceed client expectations.
• Partner with store leaders, the Regional Merchandising Director, and Regional Client Relations & Development teams on WRTW client relations & development strategies.
• Influence key internal business partners and high-profile clients to grow the business through bespoke styling, building upon existing relationships, recruiting new clientele, and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Increase the knowledge of Retail Teams and Leaders & that of the wider team in WRTW, inclusive of brand history, competitors, and new product launches in partnership with Lead Stylist /Regional Merchandising Director Collaborate with the Regional Merchandising Director/Lead Stylist on collection training and new launch communication, preparing relevant tools and materials to support full silhouette and personal styling.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the competition through store visits and industry awareness, leveraging luxury expertise to inspire creative selling strategies and client engagement. Proactively seek opportunities outside the business to expand the store's network of RTW clients and identify best practices from across the luxury industry.

Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused stylist with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a passion for luxury retail and a proven track record of success.

• 5+ years relevant experience; Leadership or independent styling.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Elevated and sophisticated communication skills.
• Proven track record in developing authentic and lasting relationships with Clients.
• Fashion-forward with a passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $100,000-$110,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
