Looking for General Labor & Shipping/Receiving Assistant in Delaware, Ohio. 

Position Summary

Vertiv is seeking a motivated and dependable General Labor & Shipping/Receiving Assistant to support warehouse, logistics, and production operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials, products, and shipments are accurately received, stored, moved, and prepared for distribution while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare, package, label, and stage outgoing shipments.
• Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using warehouse systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. 

General Labor

• Assist with material movement throughout the facility.
• Support assembly, production, and warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform routine inspections and report equipment or facility concerns.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment.
• Complete other duties assigned by supervisors to support operational needs.
