Join a team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and advancement! We are currently hiring General Warehouse Associates for a temp-to-hire position in Coralville, IA .

Position Summary: Supports distribution-center operations by receiving, selecting, moving, staging, and preparing food and related products for customer delivery. The position operates in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment where accuracy, productivity, safety, and teamwork are critical.

2nd shift   Hours: 6:00pm to 2:00am 

Pay Rate: $17 M-F

Typical Responsibilities:

• Select and assemble customer orders accurately.
• Move, stage, palletize, and prepare products for shipment.
• Load/unload products and support receiving or replenishment as assigned.
• Operate pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and/or order information.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and food-handling requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Work effectively in refrigerated, freezer, and/or dry warehouse environments as required.
• Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and walking throughout the shift.
• Support other warehouse functions based on business volume.

The company notes that shifts may exceed eight hours and that prior experience with highly physical work, large-scale order selection, and motorized pallet jacks is preferred.

Typical Candidate Profile:

Reliable attendance, ability to perform sustained physical work, strong attention to accuracy and safety, willingness to work nights/weekends/holidays when required, and warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
