Opportunity to support a mission-driven nonprofit organization Contract opportunity with an immediate need Consistent, structured administrative work Collaborative and professional work environment Great opportunity for someone with administrative, records, filing, or data entry experience Job Details Job Responsibilities Scan, upload, and organize paper documents into electronic files Accurately name and categorize electronic records according to established filing procedures Sort, organize, and maintain physical files Review scanned documents for completeness, clarity, and accuracy Assist with preparing older records for electronic storage and archiving Retrieve files and documents as requested Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, client, financial, or organizational records Identify missing, duplicated, or incorrectly filed documentation Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed Qualifications Previous administrative, filing, scanning, records, or data entry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with computers, scanners, and electronic filing systems Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks accurately Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day Professional and dependable with a strong commitment to confidentiality High school diploma or equivalent preferred Interested in hearing more?
