Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment plan development, and implementation. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic inpatient rehab and acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for inpatients and outpatients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Participate in patient care conferences and departmental meetings
• Provide education and discharge planning for patients and families
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, and Volunteers
• Assist with departmental operations and Performance Improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with departmental productivity standards and community referrals

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Completion of pre-employment health screening
